PANTHERS HEAD COACH RELISHING SATURDAYS PRE-SEASON CLASH

Panthers head coach Simon Grix looks forward to Saturdays clash at Bower Fold as the Panthers face Oldham in what will be the players final pre-season hit out and a chance to stake a claim in the 17 man squad that will be named for our Challenge Cup 1st round tie with batley Bulldogs at The Shay Stadium a week Saturday.

“Finally we are getting back to what we have all missed. The lads have worked hard under a restricted pre-season and they are looking forward to the contest.”

“We are a fresh team with combinations to build and we will learn plenty from this game.”  

“Obviously after this weekend we will narrow the squad down to a 17, so it’s the last chance for each of those involved to strengthen their case.”
