LARROYER SIGNS PANTHERS EXTENSION

Halifax Panthers are delighted to announce that Kevin Larroyer has signed a new one year contract extension with the club, keeping him at The Shay until the end of the 2024 Betfred Championship season.

The 34 year old forward will enter his sixth season with the Panthers after joining from Leigh Centurions in 2019, and the vastly experienced Frenchman was pleased to be continuing his career in blue and white.

“I’m over the moon to be staying at Halifax for another year”, said Larroyer. “I’m not from Halifax but I’ll start my 6th year, I deeply care about the club, the fans and my teammates. I’m close to reaching 100 games for Halifax and I’m determined to achieve this milestone for this great club this year.”

“I’ve never played 100 games for one club so achieving that for Halifax is something I’d be proud of and grateful to wear this jersey for so long. I’m excited to see what we can achieve with Finny this year.”

New Fax boss Liam Finn continued: “Kevin has been a big part of the fax pack for a few years now and we’re happy to keep his experience within the group. His toughness and mentality is what he brings and we’re delighted to keep Kev who has been a loyal servant to the club.”
