FAQs
- How many games are included in the Season Ticket? Your season ticket gives you access to Minimum 12 regular season home games.
- Can I buy my Season Ticket at The Shay? We encourage online purchases, but you can also call or visit the club office to purchase in person.
- Will I be able to pay on the day for individual games? Yes, with options to buy online or at cash turnstiles.
- Can I pay in instalments? Yes, we offer a flexible six-instalment payment plan on Full Price Season Ticket Price but not Early Bird option.
- Are parking spaces available to purchase for the season? Limited season passes are available to purchase for wheelchair season ticket holders. However, spaces will also be available as first come first served on matchdays.
- Can I buy a Season Ticket as a gift? Yes, you can purchase for others, and gift vouchers are available.
- Do I need to provide a photograph? Yes, photographs will be used on Season Ticket cards, except for juniors. If we already have a photo on file that still reflects your likeness, it can be reused.
- When will I receive my Season Ticket card? Cards will be printed in December, and collection will be available when the shop’s Christmas hours are confirmed.
- Is there a Student Ticket? We have replaced the Student Ticket with a Young Person’s Ticket, available to all 16 to 21-year-olds (proof of age required at purchase).
- Are Discounted Junior Season Tickets available? Yes, but these will only be issued through Community Rugby League Clubs. Junior Season Tickets are available for £25.
- I purchased a Three Year Season Ticket, what happens with this? These will be available in December with the rest of the season ticket cards. Feel free to contact us should you have any further questions via info@halifaxpanthers.co.uk
Terms & Conditions
1.Season ticket admits holder to 12 home league games
2.To qualify for Young Adult price (aged 16-21) you must show ID at time of purchase. This can be emailed to us separately.
3.Concession applies to persons aged 66 (State Pension Age) and over at the start of the season, proof of ID may be requested.
4.Junior status applies to children aged under 16 as at the start of the season.
5.Please look after your card, there is a £10 charge for replacement.
6.Misuse will result in forfeiture.
7.Terms can be amended as required by the club.
8.Please note that fixtures are subject to change.
