Travel Announcement for Sheffield and Club 1873 Update

With that last minute win at the Shay last Sunday against Widnes it now makes 5 wins on the trot and has moved us into 4th place.
Seems a long time now since that disappointing defeat to Oldham. The whole team is playing well with real competition for places not seen for a long time.
In July we have just 2 further games against Whitehaven at home this coming Sunday with a 1.00pm KO and Sheffield on Sunday 25th with a 12.30pm KO to be played at the Mobile Rocket Stadium, Wakefield (Belle Vue).

We will be running a supporters coach to this game.

  • We leave Shay at 10.45
  • Cost is £12 with juniors £10
  • Restrictions in numbers on the coach may still need to be considered and we will follow any advice from the RLF, coach company and government at the time

Already we are anticipating the Bradford game at the Shay which follows in August. We will be looking to reverse that 1 point defeat earlier in the season.

In Club 1873 four draws have now taken place with 2 further draws to be announced at halftime this Sunday.

Our final numbers in the draw were 144.
Thank you to everybody for your support in reaching this number considering the majority of promoting this had to be done remotely.
Just one final word. A big pat on the back to the ground staff and everybody who helped in getting the game on last Sunday with the field looking like a swimming bath 1 hour before kick-off.
