Travel Announcement for Sheffield and Club 1873 Update

Reflecting on Halifax VS Whitehaven

That potential banana skin mentioned before the game nearly came to haunt us. Whitehaven are a strong and big side. We did not seem to create the space to show our attacking side today but certainly our defence did not let us down and other than 2 penalties they did not cross our line. We needed that score in the last minute of the first half but it took a Matt Garside try 10 minutes before time to seal our win. Matt took the MOM award with Ben Kavanagh taking the Hitman probably from the shuddering tackle which stopped the player in their tracks.

Away Travel Details – Sheffield Eagles

With a weekend off next Sunday due to the Wembley final, it gives us a break to recharge ready for Sheffield on Sunday 25th July. We are running a supporters coach to the game.
