UPDATE ON SAM HEWITT FROM PANTHERS HEAD PHYSIO

Panthers head Physio Chris Melling has provided an update on Panthers player, Sam Hewitt after the player failed to return following a HIA in Fridays Betfred Championship clash with London Broncos.

“Following the collision with London Player (James Meadows) Sam reported some delayed concussion symptoms.”

“On review by medical staff he was removed from the field and did not return due to HIA protocol.”

“Sam will follow the graded return to play and should hopefully return for the next game (Bulls) providing he has no exacerbation of symptoms.”
