You have until December 15th to purchase your early bird season tickets and with 7 new signings through the door and the launch of the Panthers you will not want to miss 2021 at The Shay Stadium in what promises to be an exciting season on and off the field.

Early bird pricing means savings of 27% for adults on the regular ticket prices and up to 30% for Concession Season Ticket Holders.

We continue to offer up to 2 children (under 16y/o) free season tickets when purchased with an adult season ticket, and this year have made it simpler to choose the correct ticket when bringing the family.

There will be many questions that you may have, so we’ve answered as many as we can below. As always, if anything is unclear, please don’t hesitate to contact the club and we’ll be happy to help.

FAQ’s

  1. How many games does the Season Ticket cover? The Season Ticket covers 13 regular season home games, excluding friendly, cup and play-off games.
  2. Can I come to The Shay and pay for my Season Ticket? We love to see you every year during this process, however current restrictions don’t allow us to take payment in person. While we recognise not everyone likes buying online, this does allow us to reserve your season ticket in the most efficient and safe way possible. We would encourage fans to buy from our online shop to also benefit from the additional benefits such as free streaming and priority access.
  3. What happens if the season starts without fans? Should any regular season home game be held behind closed doors, live streaming will be made available free of charge to Season Ticket Holders. This excludes friendly, cup and play-off games.
  4. Am I guaranteed a place at the Shay if the capacity is reduced for home games? Full price and fee-paying earlybird season ticket holders will be offered priority access to the shay. At this stage we cannot guarantee entry for free season ticket holders, more announcements will be made as we get closer to the beginning of the season and the situation is hopefully clarified. In the unlikely event of spectacular season ticket sales, we shall assess and communicate requirements and criteria as soon as possible.
  5. Will I be able to just pay on the day to access games? At this point it appears that games will be ticketed entry only, so we do strongly recommend a season ticket is purchased where possible. In the event that any reduced capacity restrictions are enforced, season ticket holders will receive priority which could theoretically mean no additional home access will be available. This is clearly an ever-evolving situation, therefore please keep an eye on the website and social media for further announcements.
  6. Are you offering Free kids season tickets again ? Yes, we allow up to 2 children per adult season ticket purchase. These must all be purchased at the same time. To make it easier we have season tickets that include 1 or 2 children respectively.
  7. Will Halifax Panthers be offering Disabled/Carer specials again? Absolutely! Registered disabled fans pays you’re normal and then if a carer is required to attend games they receive a free ticket.
  8. Will Halifax Panthers be offering MOD/Emergency Services discount again? Yes, we are finalising the process but these will be on sale shortly
  9. Can I reserve a specific seat in the East Stand? At the moment we are unable to reserve specific seats due to the uncertainty around COVID protocols and how seating will need to be organised once you come back in to the ground. We will keep this under constant review, but hopefully you will understand the challenges surrounding this at the moment.
  10. Can I book a car parking spot for the season? We are not accepting car park bookings at the moment. When this changes, we will contact all Season Ticket Holders with details and also publish details on our website.
